• Financial modelling
• Research/analysis
• Origination/sourcing activity support
• Investment decision support
• Value-creation support for portfolio companies
• Portfolio monitoring
• Fund reporting
• Investment realization/exit activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in private equity, investment bank, financial advisory service or strategic consulting
• Extensive knowledge in corporate finance and accounting
• In-depth understanding of financial modelling
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, logical thinking skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills
• Positive thinker, team player, outgoing personality, and good patience
• Native level Japanese (fluent doesn’t suffice) and fluent in both spoken and written English
