Job Summary

We're seeking fluent Spanish speakers to join our team as Bilingual Customer Service Representatives! You'll provide top-notch support to our Spanish-speaking clients in a dynamic onsite setup.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries and issues in Spanish
• Provide product/service information and resolve concerns efficiently
• Offer excellent customer experience and support
• Collaborate with teams to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• High School graduate
• 2+ years BPO experience in Spanish support
• Filipino citizen
• Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Amenable to shifting schedule and onsite work
