Analyst

KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Analyst, Agent Developer for AI Initiatives and Adoption to join our Legal, Regulatory and Compliance organization.

• Design, develop, and enhance AI agents using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Gemini, and other low-code/pro-code AI platforms.
• Collaborate directly with onshore stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into AI solutions, and deliver agent-based automation.
• Build and configure AI-powered workflows, integrations, and copilots to streamline research, document processing, compliance monitoring, and knowledge retrieval.
• Create, maintain, and optimize prompts, agent instructions, knowledge sources, and orchestration logic to improve solution accuracy and user experience.
• Troubleshoot, test, and continuously refine AI agents based on user feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business requirements.
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to enterprise architecture standards, security policies, responsible AI principles, and data privacy requirements.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

• Hands-on experience developing AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI Foundry, or similar low-code AI platforms.
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering, including prompt design, grounding, instruction writing, testing, optimization, and application of GenAI best practices.
• Experience configuring agent workflows, knowledge sources, actions, connectors, and integrations to deliver business-focused AI solutions.
• Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate use cases into scalable AI agents.
• Working knowledge of pro-code development concepts (APIs, Python, JavaScript/C#, REST services) to support advanced customizations and enterprise integrations.

Preferred technical & functional skills

• Experience designing and optimizing multi-step agent workflows, agent orchestration, and conversational experiences in low-code AI platforms.
• Advanced understanding of prompt management, prompt evaluation techniques, guardrails, grounding, and response quality optimization.
• Experience creating reusable agent templates, prompt libraries, and AI solution accelerators to improve development efficiency and consistency.
