About The Role

Execution and troubleshooting of Technology validation DoE, full process stations, process improving and maintenance, especially in NPI phase.

Provide technical support for full processing station to solve the major problems rising in production on time.
Ensure the trainer/Trouble shooter/ supervisors receive enough help when they need.
Qualify and validate any new process/ equipment/ products.
Monitoring the process is implemented correctly as required.
Rectify any wrong operation and process.
Stabilization the process conditions. Keep improving process to achieve higher yield and production efficiency.
Assist production to improve the manufacturing environment and cost down.
Ensure technical operation and documents are implemented well to production.
Investigate the assigned process defect causes and work out the best solution.
Dig out the root cause and follow up with corrective actions.
Assist other process engineers to implement the process
Test when need. Maintain up to date information about practices and improvements in process and program.
