How will you impact?

You will operate as an embedded subject matter expert and product lead, driving critical implementation activities from inception through to production stabilization . You will take technical ownership of deliverables.

Your key responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end coordination of implementation activities across schemes, processors, and internal teams .
Drive planning, execution, and governance for critical deliverables
Act as the primary coordination point between technical SMEs to ensure operational readiness and timely delivery .
Challenge and manage dependencies, risks, and critical-path activities across multiple workstreams .
Facilitate discussions to translate complex topics into plans .
Maintain oversight of test execution, tokenization onboarding, cutover, and post-launch stabilization .

What you'll bring to the role

Proven track record managing complex card issuing, processor migration, or payment implementation programs .
Strong understanding of scheme implementation processes
Senior-level payments domain expertise covering card issuing and processing .
Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical SMEs and engineering teams effectively .
Ability to operate as both a subject matter expert and embedded product lead
