Zielsetzung und Verantwortung der Stelle

• Einhaltung des standardisierten Arbeitsplanes im Schichtbetrieb.
• Implantate vorbereiten für den Beschichtungsprozess, Endbearbeitung und Ausgangskontrolle der beschichteten Teile.
• Einhalten der Vorgabezeiten sowie Verantwortung für Qualität und Wartung.

Haupttätigkeiten

• Maskieren, Demaskieren und Endbearbeitung der Implantate
• Prüfen und Messen nach Anweisung
• Korundstrahlen und Abstrahlen der Abdeckungen und Implantate
• Diverse Instandhaltungs- und Wartungsaufgaben
• Sperren von nicht qualitätskonformen Produkten
• Sauberkeit und Ordnung sicherstellen
