Seeking a Creative Production Coordinator / Associate to support visual creative, branding, content production, and creative operations. The ideal candidate combines strong visual instincts with exceptional organization and hands-on production discipline.

[Job Description]

[Key Responsibilities]

  • ● Support the NGGL across visual & branding development, content production, and creative operations
  • ● Design and produce brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
  • ● Develop moodboards, visual references, creative presentations, and project proposals
  • ● Research emerging trends across music, fashion, youth culture, digital media, entertainment, and visual storytelling
  • ● Manage project logistics, including expense tracking, transportation, and equipment rentals for creative projects
  • ● Provide on-site support during shoots, fittings, and events, ensuring that wardrobe, equipment, and creative materials are prepared

[Required Qualifications]

  • ● Ability to design and produce polished, brand-aligned creative assets across digital, social, and print
  • ● Strong visual taste and interest in music, fashion, branding, pop culture, and youth culture
  • ● Experience supporting photoshoots, video productions, campaigns, events, fittings, or other creative projects
  • ● Proficiency in both Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, or advanced proficiency in either program.
  • ● Strong organizational, project-management, and multitasking skills
  • ● Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across creative and production teams
  • ● Professional, solutions-oriented, and a team player
  • ● Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • ● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Bilingual in English and Korean prefer

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • ● Experience in the music, entertainment, fashion, media, advertising, or artist development industries
  • ● Familiarity with wardrobe styling, glam operations, sample trafficking, and fashion production workflows
  • ● Portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste, creative thinking, or production work
  • ● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
  • ● Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
  • ● Experience with emerging creative design tools (3D, AI, or Web Design)
