Job Description: Facilitate, connect, and foster relationships between staff and prospective students and their families Assist in the planning & execution of all aspects of the recruiting department Effectively lead campus tours to prospective student-athletes and their families Assist in the daily football recruiting operations and perform various tasks as assigned Assist in the management and data entry of the recruiting database for prospective football student-athletes Skills Required: Positive attitude, professionalism, and exhibit TU spirit! Punctual to all football events, gamedays, official/unofficial visits Effective communication skills with coaches, staff, and prospective students and their families Problem solving and solutions based ideas Must be open to work weekend and possible night events
