Job Description: Ticket sales and Distribution to students, faculty, staff, and the general public Distributing tickets through various channels (online, ticket Office, etc.) Providing excellent customer service to patrons purchasing tickets Answering inquiries about events, ticket availability, seating, etc Adhere to policies and procedures related to ticket sales and Distribution Skills Required: Ability to Provide friendly, efficient, and helpful customer service Skill in handling customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner Maintaining order and efficiency in the Ticketing process during busy periods Clear and effective Communication with patrons, coworkers, and supervisors Comfortable with Ticketing Software or Ability to quickly learn and navigate new Software systems
