PTP Accounts Payable Specialist - ESG Reporting

PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The primary purpose of this role is to support the PTP department in ESG reporting and monitoring based on invoice data and processes from Fujifilm Group companies. The ESG Specialist is responsible for coordinating and developing ESG processes, collaborating with various entities, and ensuring compliance with applicable ESG standards and regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS IN THE POSITION

1. Collecting, verifying, analyzing, and input ESG data originating from the PTP department and other organizational units
2. Preparing ESG reports in accordance with applicable standards (CSRD, SSBJ) and internal/external requirements
3. Monitoring the implementation of ESG strategy within the PTP scope and cooperating with other departments to ensure data consistency
4. Collaborating with Fujifilm companies and PTP Departments to gather data and implement ESG processes
5. Supporting employee education and awareness initiatives related to ESG
6. Identifying and implementing process improvements in ESG-related activities within the PTP department
7. Monitoring regulatory changes and ESG standards and assessing their impact on business processes
8. Cooperating with internal and external stakeholders (Finance, Audit, IT, consultants)
9. Maintaining and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) related to ESG
10. V endor invoice posting
11. Assuring invoice compliance with tax, legal rules and accounting standards
12. Payment processing
13. Sharing knowledge with others, participation in business meetings
14. Resolving issues regarding accounts payable processes

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Understanding of financial accounting, especially PTP processes and reporting
• Advanced English language level allowing business communication
• Knowledge of ESG reporting standards (for example CSRD, SSBJ)
• Relevant experience working with ESG data and risk analysis, sustainability reporting, including quantifying financial impacts (nice to have)
• Proactively initiates, designs, and independently analyzes projects, demonstrating strong project management and analytical skills to drive ESG initiatives forward
• Good command of Excel
• Understanding of general VAT rules
• Experience in working with the ERP systems, preferably SAP
