PRODUCTION SKILLED HELPER

Pre make ready: - Prepares next job according to Factory job ticket and MPCC Start up: - Pours the right ink prepared by the ink section - Compares prints with cromaline or approved samples. - Provides quality control with samples. Job settings: - Sets his machine parameter according to MPCC Job production: - Fills production reports - Follows up printing process around the clock, and check for impression, registration and ink properties. - Operates properly his machine - Tries to propose methods to improve his machine, to the team leader Product realization: - Troubleshoots any problem, and report to the team leader major ones - Makes sure that his machine and the premises are clean at all time. Health and Safety:- - Become familiar with the health and safety procedures and instructions of his/her function(s) of work. - Follow NAPCO-IFP safety standards and comply with Saudi Labour rules and legislation. - Contribute in the different OH&S activities, and attend safety meetings as requ
