Technical Officer I (Lighting)

Office location: Kwai Chung Contract Period: 2-year Renewable Contract We are looking for an energetic and dedicated candidate to join the Contracting Business Department of CLPe Solutions Limited. The appointee will be assigned to work in the lighting Team and responsible for the following duties: Perform installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning of lighting systems and associated Electrical and Mechanical systems. Oversee site activities and coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution. Develop and monitor work programmes, ensuring project milestones, schedules, and contractual requirements are achieved. Supervise technicians and subcontractors in equipment installation, pre-commissioning tests, and commissioning activities. Implement and maintain Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards, ensuring full compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and timely delivery. Participate in emergency call-out duties outside normal working hours when required. Carry out other ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate holder in Engineering or other equivalent Engineering disciplines plus at least 4 years’ relevant experience OR Ordinary Diploma / Ordinary Certificate holder in Engineering or other equivalent Engineering disciplines plus at least 6 years’ relevant experience Possession of Construction Industry Safety Training Certification (Green Card) and Construction Workers Registration Card Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate technical concepts to other parties Solid working experience in LV will be an added advantage Possession of a valid driving license (1 or 2) / REW license will be an added advantage Candidates with less experience will be considered for a lower position
