Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated LCNC Power Platform Developer to drive the design, development, and deployment of Low-Code/No-Code solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, application development, and data visualization, along with the ability to Developer a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives. And relevant 3 to 5 years of experience in Power Platform & SharePoint ) Location: Pune Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Power Apps Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building enterprise-grade Canvas Apps, Power Automate flows, SharePoint Online, and Dataverse solutions. The candidate should be capable of working independently, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable business applications. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Apps. Build and optimize Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation. Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance applications. Integrate Power Apps with SharePoint Online, Dataverse, Microsoft 365, SQL Server, and REST APIs. Create reusable components and follow Power Platform best practices. Troubleshoot application issues and optimize performance. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements. Prepare technical documentation and deployment guides. Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. Support production applications and resolve incidents within defined SLAs. Collaborate with QA, Business Analysts, and Project Managers throughout the SDLC.

Knowledge of Azure Functions or Azure Logic Apps. Experience with Solution Management and ALM. Exposure to Managed Solutions and Environment Variables. Familiarity with Git/Azure DevOps. Understanding of Delegation, Performance Optimization, and Security. Experience with AI Builder or Copilot Studio is an added advantage. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100, PL-200, or PL-400) are preferred. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment. Quick learner with a proactive attitude. Strong ownership and accountability. Good to Have Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Experience in enterprise-scale Power Platform implementations. Exposure to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). Knowledge of governance and security best practices.
