3rd Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: The Production Supervisor for our East Granby, CT location is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing team to safely produce high-quality optical fiber products that meet customer, quality, delivery, and cost objectives. This position provides direct leadership to production employees, promotes continuous improvement, and partners closely with Engineering, Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and EHS to achieve operational excellence. The Production Supervisor is expected to foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement while developing employees and driving operational performance. This candidate must be able to train on 1st or 2nd shift for 4 months prior to joining 3rd shift.
