About The Role

Manage and coordinate multiple NPI-related projects to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant execution from concept through volume production. Serve as the central interface between engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and external stakeholders.

Lead and manage NPI project execution across NPD, EFK T10 transfer, and engineering builds to ensure on‑time, on‑target delivery. Own project planning, scheduling, risk management, and cross‑functional coordination to drive alignment and timely issue resolution. Provide EBR planning, project visibility, and management reporting, supporting phase‑gate readiness and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Chemical, or related). Experience in NPI, manufacturing, or semiconductor/electronics environment is preferred. Strong project management skills (schedule, risk, and stakeholder management). Familiar with NPD lifecycle, technology transfer, and manufacturing ramp-up. Good understanding of EBR/MES concepts is an advantage. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
