OPERATOR 1, QA/QC (FAILURE ANALYSIS)

The Material Analysis Lab Operator provides operational and hands-on support to the Material Analysis and Failure Analysis laboratory, focusing on sample handling, routine lab tasks, DPA/CDPA execution support, and ensuring smooth daily lab operations for all packages including reliability activities.

Support day-to-day lab operations for material analysis, DPA/CDPA, and FA activities. Handle sample logging, labeling, tracking, and storage in accordance with lab procedures. Perform basic sample preparation tasks such as mounting, grinding, polishing, cleaning, and de-capsulation under supervision. Execute routine DPA/CDPA steps according to defined work instructions and checklists. Assist technicians and engineers during analysis and lab experiments. Follow all EHS, chemical handling, and safety protocols strictly. Support simple data recording, image filing, and report attachments as instructed.

Required Qualifications Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or related field , or equivalent hands-on lab experience Entry-level fresh or to 2 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, lab, or technical operations Ability to work with precision tools and fragile samples Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in FA, reliability lab, or material analysis lab Exposure to semiconductor devices or wafer-level handling Familiarity with cleanroom or controlled lab environments Keen to work in laboratory environment and try a new thing Key Competencies Disciplined and process-driven Good manual ability and hands-on skills Strong safety awareness Willingness to learn and take direction
