Operator 4, Wafer FAB process

To assist process engineers with day-to-day Wafer FAB related activities

Lot disposition, follow up on evaluation lots, analysis on scrap wafers and coordinate simple engineering experiments Support manufacturing to achieve best in class cycle time and OTD Error proof processes to minimize/eliminate human errors Error proof tools to minimize/eliminate equipment issues Institute effective process controls and work procedures to achieve manufacturing efficiency Improve tools and processes with cross functional team, suppliers, and customers Good understanding in local applicable laws, any regulations or procedures, standards/codes (RBA, SOX or internal control) and ensure compliance in the work area. Encourage workers and or to report any kind of violations relating to labour, ethics and EHS. Other duties as assigned

Fresh graduate or minimum of 2 years relevant experience Knowledge in electronics, semiconductor or solid state physics is preferred Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required Good written and verbal communication skills Basic computer literate especially in MS Office
