Manager – Salesforce Change Management & Enablement

We are seeking a Manager-level Salesforce Change Management & Enablement Lead to drive Salesforce user adoption, behavior change, and measurable ROI improvement across the organization. This role partners closely with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Salesforce Admin/Support teams, and business stakeholders to identify adoption gaps (using Salesforce trouble ticket trends and user insights), design targeted enablement interventions, and continuously improve user experience and feature utilization. The role requires strong user proximity, with 50%–70% of time spent engaging directly with users through trainings, enablement activities, surveys, and feedback loops.
