About The Role

Process policy alternations according to policyowners' instructions within the time frame predefined by the company Support / assist in ad hoc project(s), if assigned, including preparation of user requirement and test plan, conducting user-acceptance test (UAT), etc. Assist in daily operation monitoring and quality assurance checking Handle enquiries from distributors and internal departments Handle group life administration matters such as member movement and renewal arrangement

University graduate preferred 4-5 years working experience in financial or insurance industries, with group life experience as an advantage Proficiency in written English and Chinese Computer literate with hands-on experience in pc applications such as MS Office and Chinese word processing
