University graduate preferred or matriculated with 2 years or more relevant experience in financial or insurance industries, preferably with frontline servicing exposure Proficiency in written English and Chinese, and fluent in spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin IIQE (Paper 1, 3 and 5) license holder preferred Good communication and problem solving skill Able to work under pressure
