Cluster Human Resources Director

As Cluster HR Director, you will lead the Human Resources strategy across multiple IHG hotels, ensuring alignment with IHG standards while supporting business objectives through effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, learning and development, employee relations, compensation, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. You will partner closely with hotel leadership teams to build a high-performing culture, drive colleague engagement, and deliver exceptional guest experiences through our people. You will also oversee HR support for hotel openings, transitions, and cluster initiatives where applicable.
