About The Role

Ashirvad by Aliaxis is seeking a dynamic legal professional with 1-3 years of in-house and/or law firm experience to join our growing legal team in Bengaluru. Prior exposure to the manufacturing sector of legal operations or a tier one law firm would be an added advantage. The person would be reporting to the Head of Legal, India.

Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Drafting, Review & Negotiation of various commercial agreements, including:
Marketing Agreements
Services Agreements
Consulting Agreements
Distributor Agreements
Transportation Agreements
Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Agreements
Custom House Agent (CHA) Agreements
Operations and Management Agreements
Scrap Disposal Agreements
Industrial Training Institute (ITI) Agreements
Research & Development (R&D) Agreements
Information Technology (IT) Agreements
Procurement and Vendor Agreements
Construction and Infrastructure Agreements
Factory and Warehouse-related Agreements
2. Risk Management
Identify contractual, operational, regulatory, financial, and reputational risks.
Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures and contract protections.
Ensure adequate indemnities, limitation of liability, confidentiality, and dispute resolution provisions are incorporated into agreements.
3. Business Support
Provide day-to-day legal support to business functions including Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, IT, and R&D.
Advise stakeholders on contractual rights, obligations, and commercial implications.
Support strategic business initiatives through legal structuring and documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a reputed institution.
1-3 years of relevant experience in a leading law firm or as an In-House Counsel.
Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and deliver in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
