Clinician - Outpatient Child Services ($3,000 Sign on Bonus)

Our outpatient program is seeking clinicians (LMHP or LMHP-E) to work with children, and adolescents. Child therapists can access a shared play therapy room and can receive supervision with a Registered Play Therapist – Supervisor and work toward credentialing as a Registered Play Therapist. Successful applicants should have experience working with children/adolescents and their families. Full-Time staff receive a complete benefits packages including health insurance, Virginia Retirement System, PTO, life insurance, and more. ***$3,000 Sign on Bonus*** Starting Salary: $51,030.00-$58,684.50 Education Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other license-eligible Human Services field required. Virginia Licensure as a Professional Counselor, Clinical Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist is preferred. At least one year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, developmental and/or intellectual disabilities is preferred. Additional compensation will be considered for any new employees who speak multiple languages.
