Registered Midwife

The Registered Midwife is responsible for providing safe, evidence-based, and compassionate care to women throughout pregnancy, labor, childbirth, and the postnatal period. The role includes promoting maternal and newborn wellbeing, conducting normal vaginal deliveries within the approved scope of practice, identifying obstetric emergencies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality maternal and neonatal outcomes in accordance with the Department of Health (DOH) – Abu Dhabi standards.
