About The Role

Monitoring and Maintenance : Regularly monitor the ASRS system's performance, including storage and retrieval processes, equipment status, and software functionality. Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve technical issues related to the ASRS system, both hardware and software, working with vendors or internal IT support as needed. User Support : Provide assistance and guidance to users on how to operate the ASRS system, including training and troubleshooting common issues. System Administration : Manage user access, permissions, and data within the ASRS system. Reporting : Generate reports on system performance, usage, and any issues encountered.
