This role ensures disciplined Agile execution, effective sprint orchestration, transparent reporting, and overall delivery health across frontend, mobile, BFF, QA, and DevOps teams. Detailed Responsibilities Agile Delivery & Coaching Facilitate all Agile ceremonies with rigor and focus on outcomes. Coach teams on Agile best practices, sprint commitment, estimation, and delivery discipline. Identify delivery bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies. Project Management & Coordination Maintain integrated delivery plans across multiple squads. Track progress using Jira, Azure DevOps Boards, or equivalent tools. Manage dependencies between architecture, web, mobile, and BFF teams. Risk, Issue & Scope Management Maintain RAID logs with constant updates to leadership. Monitor risks related to timelines, staffing, technical blockers, or vendor delays. Prevent scope creep and enforce change control processes. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication Provide weekly status updates, dashboard reporting, and velocity tracking. Drive alignment with Program Manager for cross-workstream reporting. Qualifications 10+ years as Scrum Master or Agile PM. Certifications: CSM, PMI-ACP, PMP (bonus). Experience with modernization programs or multi-team Agile delivery.
