JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Offer assistance to the daily operations of the Housekeeping Department as assigned by supervisors Check the phones and computer system to ensure they are operating correctly and efficiently Constantly check on the Stay Please system that those concerned associates have followed up the messages Create formats and record updates; Type and file all manuals, reports, documents and correspondence for the Housekeeping Department Record all the incoming orders in the clerk logbook and send the jobs to concerned associates efficiently Handle Lost & Found enquiry from the guest; Return the items to the guests through mailing and follow up the postage payment with the guest.
