Quality Engineer

1. 监控、跟踪生产车间的质量。

Monitor and track the quality of the production workshop.

1. 发现，并报告来自生产车间的背离、异常问题。

Identify and report deviations and abnormal issues from the production workshop.

1. 预防内部出现批量质量问题，并责成责任部分进行原因分析和纠正预防措施制定。

Prevent batch quality issues from occurring internally and instruct the responsible department to conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective and preventive measures.

1. 组织MRB对不良品进行处置。

Organize MRB to handle defective products.

1. 处理客户投诉(包括HSF有害物质)。

Handling customer complaints (including HSF hazardous substances).

1. 参与完成过程流程图、PFMEA、控制计划、检验指导书等，配合汽车项目小组完成新项目开发。

Participate in completing process flowcharts, PFMEAs, control plans, inspection manuals, etc., and cooperate with the automotive project team to complete new project development.

1. 协助项目工程师和销售参与新品开发，提交品质相关资料，确保样品顺利交付。

Support PE/Sales to attend new products development, submit quality related documents, ensure sample delivery smoothly.

1. 提供合理化建议关于改善生产质量控制流程。

Provide rational suggestions for improving the production quality control process.

1. 了解客户实际需求，制定合理的抽样标准和检验标准。

Understand the actual needs of customers, develop reasonable sampling and inspection standards.

1. 与生产部、工程部协作，共同改善产品质量。

Collaborate with production and engineering departments to jointly improve product quality.

1. 与其他部门人员协作，时刻沟通质量问题，共同改善产品质量。

Collaborate with personnel from other departments, constantly communicate quality issues, and work together to improve product quality.

1. 完成质量部经理分配的其他工作。

Complete other tasks assigned by the Quality Manager.
