Job Summary

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for managing and growing the company's online sales channels, ensuring strong performance across digital marketplaces and owned platforms. The role focuses on driving revenue growth, improving customer experience, and optimizing end-to-end ecommerce operations including product listings, digital marketing coordination, order fulfillment, and performance analytics. The position works closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of ecommerce strategies aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee daily ecommerce operations across online platforms and marketplaces
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory availability across channels
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
  • Analyze ecommerce performance metrics and prepare reports to support business decisions
  • Identify trends, customer behavior insights, and opportunities for growth in digital channels
  • Ensure accurate and updated product content, branding, and digital presence across platforms
  • Manage relationships with third-party ecommerce partners, platforms, and service providers
  • Support digital marketing initiatives including campaigns, promotions, and online visibility efforts
  • Ensure excellent customer experience across all ecommerce touchpoints

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong experience in ecommerce management, digital retail, or online marketplace operations
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, or similar ecommerce channels is an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance tracking and reporting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, product management, and online merchandising
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
