The team

You will join a transversal Organization team working at the heart of the bank's operations, driving cross-functional initiatives such as operational resilience, business continuity, IT security coordination, and process optimization. The team collaborates closely with regional and global stakeholders, including senior management, risk teams, and regulatory bodies, playing a key role in ensuring the stability and robustness of critical business services.

The role

As an Operational Resilience Coordinator, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the bank's operational resilience and business continuity frameworks. You will work closely with regional and local stakeholders to ensure the organization can effectively respond to and recover from disruptions, while meeting regulatory expectations. The role combines governance, risk assessment, scenario testing, and stakeholder coordination, offering strong exposure to strategic initiatives and senior leadership.

The requirements

Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity (BCP/DRP), or risk management within a financial institution

Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks related to operational resilience and continuity

Experience developing and implementing resilience frameworks and governance models

Familiarity with risk management methodologies and tools

Hands-on experience with scenario testing, crisis management, and incident response

Ability to map critical business services and dependencies (technology, people, third parties)

Experience in third-party risk management within financial services

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to interact with senior leadership

Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement approach

Ability to work across multiple teams in an international environment

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)

Bachelor's degree or higher
