Role: Compliance Support Specialist

Compensation: Competitive Basic Salary

• Bonus: 5,000 Perfect Attendance (If applicable).
• Benefits: HMO plus 2 Free Dependents, P1,500 Rice Allowance, Night Differential (If applicable).
• Work Schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, 10pm to 7am Philippine time

Work Setup: WFH or WFO (San Fernando, Pampanga)

Responsibilities

• Monitor CPAP compliance reports and identify patients requiring follow-up
• Contact patients regarding therapy usage and compliance status
• Assist patients with troubleshooting common CPAP and mask-related issues
• Provide guidance on mask fit, comfort adjustments, and proper device usage
• Encourage consistent therapy usage and address patient concerns
• Document patient interactions accurately within internal system
• Escalate complex technical or clinical issues when needed
• Maintain compliance documentation required for insurance and regulatory standards

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience supporting CPAP or sleep therapy patients
• Experience troubleshooting CPAP masks and equipment
• Familiarity with compliance monitoring systems
• Strong phone-based patient support experience
• Excellent documentation and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple patient cases simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience working in a DME or sleep therapy environment
• Familiarity with CPAP compliance platforms
• Clinical background helpful but not required
