About the Role
Join our team as a Theme Park Vacation Coordinator supporting clients by organizing detailed theme park vacation plans and coordinating itinerary logistics in a remote environment. In this role you will assist individuals and families as they prepare for upcoming trips by organizing reservations, coordinating park schedules, and ensuring that all travel details are clearly documented and easy to follow.
Theme park vacations often involve multiple components including resort accommodations, park tickets, dining reservations, transportation arrangements, and scheduled experiences. Your role will focus on organizing these elements while maintaining structured planning systems so each part of the itinerary remains aligned and easy to manage.
You will assist with reviewing reservation confirmations, organizing itinerary updates, and maintaining planning documentation so that all travel details remain accurate and accessible throughout the planning process. Monitoring reservation timelines and following up on outstanding details will help ensure that vacation plans remain organized and complete.
In addition to coordinating logistics, you will assist with organizing park schedules, planning timelines, and maintaining clear communication throughout the process. Strong attention to detail and dependable follow-through are essential in this role.
This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who enjoy organization, coordination, and helping create memorable vacation experiences. Training is provided to ensure familiarity with planning systems and coordination workflows.
