About The Role

Woodbridge Financial Analysts are responsible for the following

  • -
  • Analyzing client financial statements and data such as sales and supplier transactions to identify any issues that must be addressed when presenting the company to buyers
  • -
  • Adjusting financial statements according to standard M&A market practices
  • -
  • Preparing financial forecasts based on client order backlog and sales pipeline, and any reasonable assumptions discussed with the client
  • -
  • Preparing financial write-ups that explain company performance as well as the assumptions supporting forecasts
  • -
  • Tracking clients’ performance while they are in market or under LOI
  • -
  • Interacting with time-sensitive business owners/entrepreneurs and C-level executives to obtain, discuss and clarify information
  • -
  • Proactively managing client expectations
  • -
  • Collaborating with colleagues from other departments working on the same deal and keeping them informed of material developments
  • -
  • Regularly reporting to management on the status of each deal they are working on and any potential issues or roadblocks that arise
