The team is currently reaching capacity, mainly with Hotlist delivery, given the increase in new clients and some recent process changes. This role would support with buyer list creation for campaigns, updating and maintaining Hotlists, and sourcing accurate contacts (data enrichment), so we can keep up with volume while maintaining turnaround times and quality.

Benchmarking

All researchers currently have the same core responsibilities, aside from Chernay who is more senior and takes on additional review/QA work. So, the benchmark would be aligned with the existing researcher outputs (the only difference here would be the number of campaigns a new researcher takes on during training stage compared to current researchers).

As Jason mentioned, we’re also hoping to bring in someone who adds a slightly different skillset to the team -ideally someone with financial industry experience (investment banking would be a big plus), stronger Excel skills, and someone naturally curious with a genuine interest in research (mostly qualitative but also quantitative).
