Appointment Setter

We are expanding rapidly and are seeking two skilled and motivated Appointment Setters to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in our growth by initiating conversations with attorneys, qualifying their interests, and ultimately setting appointments for our sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound and outbound outreach to attorneys, initiating conversations to gauge interest in our podcast services.
• Engage in meaningful dialogues by asking insightful questions and effectively handling objections.
• Demonstrate persistence through consistent follow-up until clear decisions are made (yes or no).
• Schedule calls for our team with interested leads.
• Maintain organization of leads using our CRM and scheduling tools.

Key Requirements

• Proven experience in appointment setting, sales, or business development roles (SDR, BDR).
• Strong capability in outreach and follow-up communications.
• Comfortable engaging with legal professionals and navigating gatekeepers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, confident speaking on calls.
• High degree of organization and a self-motivated work ethic.
• Experience working with lawyers or marketing agencies is a significant advantage.
• Native English speaker preferred.

Technical Requirements

• Reliable internet connection and a professional remote work setup.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and scheduling software.

Benefits

Salary: $2,400 – $2,500 per month.

Bonus Structure
