About The Role
This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology , or a related field. • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Information Systems is preferred. • Equivalent practical experience may be considered for exceptional candidates. • Work experience • 10–13 years in cloud security and information security, with at least 3–4 years in a senior leadership or client-facing delivery role overseeing large-scale cloud security programs across AWS and Azure. • Lead and oversee end-to-end delivery of cloud security operations and engineering engagements, ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual obligations, and defined SLAs/KPIs. • Define and own the overall cloud security strategy, governance framework, and operating model for enterprise cloud environments across AWS and Azure. • Provide strategic direction and technical oversight across cloud security domains including CSPM, IAM, network security, incident response, and security operations. • Accountable for overall program health, resource planning, stakeholder management, and escalation handling across global delivery teams. • Drive client relationships at senior levels, acting as the primary point of contact for strategic discussions, business reviews, and issue resolution. • Oversee cloud security architecture decisions, ensuring solutions are aligned with Zero Trust principles, compliance requirements, and industry best practices. • Define and govern SLA/KPI frameworks across cloud security operations; review operational dashboards and drive continuous service improvement initiatives. • Lead and mentor a multi-layered team comprising Associate Managers, Managers, and senior engineers, fostering a culture of accountability, quality, and continuous learning. • Oversee risk management activities including identification, assessment, and mitigation of cloud security risks across the client environment. • Drive adoption of CSPM tooling (Wiz preferred) and automation initiatives to improve security posture, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency. • Represent the engagement in internal governance forums, steering committees, and executive-level reporting to both client and internal leadership.
