Firewall Assurance - Manager

This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology , or a related field. • Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, or Information Systems is preferred. • Equivalent practical experience may be considered for exceptional candidates. • Work Experience • 7–10 years leading enterprise network and cloud security programs, including firewall operations, cloud networking, and security assurance. • Define and own enterprise-wide firewall and cloud network security roadmap, aligning strategy with business objectives, compliance mandates, and Zero Trust principles. • Oversee multiple project teams delivering firewall policy governance, cloud network architecture, threat investigations, and posture management. • Lead design of global cloud network architectures: hybrid connectivity, micro-segmentation, secure service mesh, and multi-cloud integration (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Partner with CISO, enterprise architects, and compliance to translate business requirements into robust security frameworks. • Establish KPIs and metrics for firewall performance, cloud risk, compliance, and operational efficiency; report to executive committees. • Shape talent development: hiring, training, and career paths for network and cloud security specialists. • Drive innovation in security automation, AI-driven threat detection, and advanced analytics for firewall and cloud environments. • Lead vendor evaluations, proof-of-concepts, and strategic partnerships for next-generation firewall and cloud security solutions . The ideal candidate will: • Be a recognized expert in firewall architecture, cloud networking, and Zero Trust security models. • Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes and influence security strategy at the executive level. • Demonstrate visionary leadership in adopting emerging technologies (SASE, secure access service edge, cloud-native security). • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance.
