Roles & responsibilities Manage and maintain production environments supporting Audit applications, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance Establish, document, and continuously improve support and operational processes, ensuring offshore teams adhere strictly to defined procedures Lead and manage Support and Operations teams responsible for applications such as KPMG Clara Workflow, KPMG Clara for Clients, and KPMG Quality & Compliance Evaluation Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests, meeting defined SLAs and operational KPIs Work closely with Application Support, Business Support, Platform Operations, Deployment, and Engineering teams to drive shared objectives Act as the technical lead for infrastructure and platform‑related issues, providing expert guidance and hands‑on problem resolution Ensure production environments comply with all operational policies, security standards, and governance requirements Oversee and validate post‑deployment
