About The Role
Roles & responsibilities • Lead sourcing initiatives across non-IT categories such as travel, hotels, HR services, events, facilities, L&D, Gifting, professional services, Insurance, infra services and strategic sourcing. • Develop and execute category strategies aligned with business requirements and cost optimization goals. • Drive commercial negotiations to achieve optimal pricing, service levels, and contractual terms. • Manage vendor onboarding, empanelment, performance reviews, and renewals. • Oversee contract drafting, review, and execution in coordination with Legal, Finance, and business teams. • Ensure adherence to procurement policies, audit requirements, and governance frameworks. • Act as a key interface between business teams and suppliers. • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across categories. This role is for you if you have the below Educational qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred) or CPSM, CIPS, CPIM, CPP Work experience • 8–12 years of experience in procurement, with strong exposure to non-IT categories. • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen. • Familiarity with procurement tools such as Coupa, SAP, or Ariba.
