Roles & responsibilities The Managed Services BU is looking for experienced consulting professionals who have a broad understanding of the solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the EPM space. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: · Ability to work independently as well as in a Collaborative team environment. · Excellent stake-holder management · Experience in leading a team. · Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment in order to implement and support Oracle EPM products and technology to meet customer needs. · Expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderate to complex customer requirements · Expertise to build enhancements to existing applications and ability to manage multiple Oracle EPM tools. · Capability to do root cause analysis and deliver high-quality, well-developed solutions within constraints of time. · Demonstration of strong analytical and problem solving skills. · Exposure to a ticketing tool and adherence to TAT · Ability to participate in discussions with the client · Would need to work in shift. · Must have a complete project lifecycle experience in a Planning and Budgeting Projects. · Must have experience working with modules with EPBCS – Finance, Workforce, Capex or Project. · Proficient in writing Business Rules/Calc scripts.
