Contracts & Materials (Commercial / Procurement Governance)

Contracts & Materials will lead the Commercial, Contracts, Procurement Governance, and Materials Management functions for large-scale real estate and construction projects. The role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, establishing robust procurement governance frameworks, optimizing commercial outcomes, ensuring compliance, and driving value engineering initiatives across the business unit. The incumbent will partner with Project, Finance, Engineering, Legal, and Business Leadership teams to ensure efficient procurement operations, contract administration, vendor management, and supply chain excellence.
