About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Order Management Specialist to support an Australian business in the fitness industry, managing product enquiries, order processing, and after-sales support.
This role is ideal for someone with strong Australian customer support experience, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in weight training and gym equipment. You'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience while supporting smooth order fulfilment and delivery coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support
- Respond to product enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Support after-hours customer enquiries as needed
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns
- Assist customers with product questions and recommendations
Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Manage order tracking and provide shipment updates
- Coordinate delivery scheduling and customer communication
- Support issue resolution relating to orders, returns, and fulfilment
Customer Experience Support
- Ensure a seamless customer journey from enquiry through delivery
- Handle escalations professionally and maintain customer satisfaction
- Support continuous improvements in customer service processes
Requirements
- 2–3 years supporting Australian customers
- Experience in customer support, order management, or e-commerce support
- Superior written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and customer-first mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Genuine interest in fitness / weight training / gym equipment (important)
- Must be able to demonstrate basic knowledge of gym equipment during interview

Order Management Systems
- E-commerce Platforms (preferred)
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
