About The Role
To perform CFD Analysis for system and component levels using Different Software’s Such as Celsius EC & Reality DC from Cadence, Ansys Icepak, and has exposure in Electronics cooling. Engineer needs to Conduct model checks and/or creating parametric models with available CAD packages and perform the sensitivity analysis independently with limited assistance. He / She should be able to generate the CFD mesh/model and run steady/ transient flow/thermal analysis using different software’s and analyze the simulation results as well as prepare the reports clearly and independently. Utilize the analytical skill set and simulation tools to analyze the fluid flow systems and recommendations for design improvements. He/ She should have knowledge on fan operation and performance curve as well as flow bench / Wind tunnel testing. He/ She should be clear about temperature measurement and handling thermocouple sensors. He/ She need to Participate and support the potential product development opportunities on a global level and provide technical expertise towards design. One must drive the virtual testing and reducing the physical tests, develop and improve of current best practices of the computational methods / Hand Calculations Job Specifications: Should have full time ME/M.Tech with specialization in Thermal Engineering/ Aerospace / heat power from a reputed Institute. Undergone on Fluid Mechanics/CFD/ Heat Transfer / Thermodynamics during masters Minimum 3 years CFD analysis experience (Steady / Transient, Laminar / Turbulence flow, multi-Phase flow, Evaporation, etc.) in CFD Analysis software Such as F Celsius EC & Reality DC from Cadence, Ansys Icepak and Fluent Comfortable in working with Creo/Pro-E for model check Desirable to have a knowledge in AI Application and 1D Simulation Knowledge about Datacenter, and its analysis will be added advantage Should be able to Interpret analysis results for base design and suggest modification Sound knowledge of fundamentals of Heat Transfer, Fluid Mechanics & Thermodynamics Knowledge of telecommunication products like cabinets, enclosures, Datacentre, Refrigeration Cycle etc. & Sheet metal will be added advantage Proactive towards identifying the issues and solving the problems Ability to work independently on multiple projects Excellent command of the English language, good interpersonal skills, Willingness to learn, good analytical & problem-solving skills, self-motivated, ownership, timeline commitment, discipline, etc Good experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Willing to train team members on different software and make them to handle live projects
