About The Role

Minimum 12 years of experience with increasing responsibilities within Operations and Materials. Develop a consistent capacity & material planning for factories to match demand in the long term. Participating in long-range planning and budget preparation. Facilitate Feedback to SI&OP (operations side) during executive meetings. Work closely with business partners (market, manufacturing, finance, procurement), customers and suppliers to meet or exceed customer needs. Drive the escalation process in case of critical issues linked to availability or cash flow. Optimize standard system setup to structurally and continuously improve results. Ensure continuous improvement activities and identify possible synergies with factory organization. Support talent management process (selection, development and career path). Ensure appropriate development, training and coaching for the direct reports. Provide leadership and mentorship to the entire team.
