About The Role

The Experience Senior Living Team is beyond thrilled to announce the opening of our newest community The Gallery at Fort Collins, planned for opening in March 2026! As we finalize construction, we are beginning to identify the team that will help to successfully open the doors and welcome residents through grand opening and beyond.

We are looking for a Dishwasher to join our amazing team! This position is expected to start in February 2026. Interviews are happening now!

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Director of Culinary Services and/or Executive Director to keep residents satisfied with food and dining programs.
  • Maintain kitchen in a clean, safe, and sanitary condition at all times.
  • Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
  • Maintain dish room area in a neat, clean, and sanitary manner.
  • Keep kitchen floors clean (sweeps and mops) and trash emptied.
  • Check dish machine at the beginning of each shift for chemicals and refill as needed.
  • Maintain dish machine after each meal by thoroughly cleaning and maintaining sanitizing temperatures and parts per million levels.
  • Record temperature and sanitation levels into the temperature logs before each meal.
  • Adhere to cleaning schedules as assigned.
  • Assist with the transportation and storage of food and supplies.
  • Assist cooks and wait staff as requested.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
  • Attend pre-meal stand up in kitchen prior to meal service.
  • May perform other duties as needed and/or assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Positive demeanor and “can-do” attitude.
  • Connect and help residents transition from home to community through thoughtful engagement at every level of interaction.
  • Builds positive and strong relationships with all team members, and residents.
  • Focused and dedicated to providing excellent customer service.
  • Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.
  • Accept direction from superiors or other experienced staff.
  • Share job knowledge or resident information with others as needed.
  • Give and welcome feedback.
  • Ability to work varied schedules to include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Benefits

We offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, STD/LTD, life and voluntary life, 401k with employer matching, paid holidays, and up to 20 days PTO in the first three years.

Compensation: $17-$18.00/hour
