Field Support Technician

Responsible for on-site and remote IT support, focusing on end-user devices, workplace setup, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line support (on-site and remote)
• Install and configure workstations and devices
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
• Manage users in Active Directory / Entra ID
• Manage devices via Intune and Autopilot
• Support onboarding and offboarding
• Handle equipment and ticket management
• 2+ years of experience in IT support / field support
• Knowledge of Windows 10/11
• Experience with Microsoft 365, AD, and Intune
• Networking basics (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
• Driving license
• Strong problem-solving and autonomy
