Senior Automation Executive

Roles & Responsibilities: Support in auto-charting and creation of dynamic market research reports and interactive dashboards Support in design and visualization of online and offline presentation and/or materials Translate research reporting requirements into technical specifications Proactively involve in data preparation and data tabulation (with macro) Provide on-the-job guidance to junior associate(s) when required Participate in on-going process improvement initiatives to improve overall efficiency Take lead in data checking and quality assurance for all projects Take lead in project management and ensure timely project delivery with no-to-minimum quality issue Communicate effectively between internal stakeholders and team members Proactively respond to requests submitted by internal stakeholders from various Ipsos offices Requirement for this position At least 2 years of experience in dealing with data and/or data tables Able to understand the relationship/logic between data and report/visualization Good problem-solving skills Good communication skills, written and oral Highly proficient in Excel – able to use advanced functions and features Good VBA and debugging skill Knowledge or experience in creating dynamic dashboards High expectation of quality output by self and team Proactive/ Self-motivated Able to work effectively in a team and independently
