We are seeking a Kinaxis Maestro Solution Author to join our Supply Chain team, supporting planning and execution across our life sciences operations. In this role, you will design, implement, and optimize solutions on the Kinaxis Maestro platform — enabling smarter campaign management, inventory optimization, and lifecycle planning — while collaborating with operations, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and planning teams. Discover your role

  • Design and configure Kinaxis Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization in a life sciences supply chain environment
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications; build custom worksheets, dashboards, templates, algorithms, and scripts to enhance platform functionality
  • Integrate Maestro with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle) and life sciences platforms, ensuring compliance with GMP, FDA, and EMA standards
  • Monitor system performance, resolve data integrity issues, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Maintain detailed documentation for workflows, configurations, and validation activities to support deployment and audit readiness
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and finance stakeholders to align solutions with evolving supply chain needs
  • Train end-users on Maestro functionality and best practices; provide ongoing support and troubleshooting
  • Stay current on Kinaxis Maestro advancements and emerging supply chain trends, proposing innovative solutions to enhance resilience and agility
  • Integration of ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and life sciences-specific platforms with familiarity with GMP frameworks and Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum). Programming skills in Python or SQL a plus

This role requires

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Senior Supply Analyst: 5+ in Supply Chain Planning solutions, 3+ years Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in life sciences
  • Principal Supply Analyst: 8+ in Supply Chain Planning solutions, 5+ years Hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in life science
  • Kinaxis Maestro Author or Administrator certifications, Level 2 or higher preferred

$78,700.00 - $150,600.00
