About the Role – Production General Labor (1st Shift)

Production General Labor – 1st Shift

Location: On-site – Williamsburg / Traverse City, MI

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.

Truly Free is hiring a Production General Labor team member to support our growing production operations. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who wants stable hours, strong pay, and room to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Pick products from production areas and box customer orders for shipping.
• Verify labels, quantities, and packing lists for accuracy.
• Assist with basic labeling, assembly, and production line tasks.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized while following all safety rules.

Operate a variety of machines to assist with production.

Pay & Incentives

• Starting at $20.00 per hour.
• Food Share premium: +$0.75 per hour through our Food Share program (helps offset everyday food costs).
• Production bonus: eligible for our production bonus program, which has historically averaged an additional $1.30 per hour based on team performance.
