Pay: $300 per day or DOE (Depending on Experience)

Position Summary

As a Group Home Provider, you will provide direct care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential group home setting. You will help individuals achieve their personal goals while ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities

  • Assist individuals with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Administer medications according to state regulations and company policies (training provided if needed).
  • Support individuals in achieving their individualized goals.
  • Transport clients to appointments, community activities, shopping, and recreational outings.
  • Complete daily documentation and progress notes accurately and on time.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
  • Assist with grocery shopping, meal planning, and household chores.
  • Respond appropriately during medical or behavioral emergencies.
  • Communicate professionally with guardians, case managers, healthcare providers, and the True Care Services team.
  • Treat every individual with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Qualifications

Required

  • At least 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities
  • CPR/First Aid Certification
  • Medication Administration Certification
  • Experience providing personal care

Schedule

  • Full-Time
  • 24-hour shifts
  • 4 days on / 3 days off
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
